Framing; Good quality 3" x 2" (75 x 50mm) planed timber, double at corners and section joints,  at approx' 24" cts
Cladding; 5/8" (16mm) T & G deal weatherboarding on lining paper or rebated red western cedarwood at extra cost.
Roof; Eternit 2000 corrugated sheets (galvanised ridging) on 4" x 2" (100 x 50mm). Purlins on heavy centre tie beam truss.
Door;  Metal up and over doors as standard.
Windows; Six of  24" x 18" (600 x 450mm) approx on fully profiled weather sill. 
Roof Options; A. Eternit 200 corrugated.

B. Heavy mineralised felt on timber roof.

C. Decra tiles on trussed roof.
Available at extra cost is the brown upvc guttering.

 

Available at extra cost are  "Decratiles" to give a traditional tiled look. In Charcoal grey, terracotta and sea green.
